Split PDF

Extract a range or break into single pages.

Runs in your browser — nothing is uploaded

Cut a PDF into exactly the pages you need: pull out a page range into a new file, or explode the whole document into single-page PDFs packed as a ZIP.

Everything runs locally in your browser — convenient for contracts and statements you would rather not upload to a stranger’s server.

How it works

1

Drop a PDF into the box above.

2

Type a range like “1-3, 7” — or choose one PDF per page.

3

Click “Split” and download the result.

Why this tool

Ranges the way you write them

Use commas and dashes: “1-3, 7, 12-14”. Duplicates and out-of-range numbers are ignored quietly.

One-click page explosion

Need every page as its own file? One switch, and you get a tidy ZIP with numbered PDFs.

No server round-trip

A 200-page document splits in seconds because it never travels over the network.

Frequently asked questions

Can I extract non-consecutive pages?

Yes — list them with commas: “2, 5, 9-11” collects pages 2, 5, 9, 10 and 11 into one new PDF, in that order.

How do I split every page into a separate file?

Select “Every page as a separate PDF”. You’ll get a ZIP archive with one numbered PDF per page.

Does splitting reduce quality?

No. Pages are copied without re-rendering, so text, images and vector graphics stay identical to the original.

Is the file uploaded anywhere?

No — the split happens in your browser. Your document never leaves your device.
