Add page numbers

Clean numbering in the corner or center.

Runs in your browser — nothing is uploaded

Number the pages of a merged report, a court bundle or a print-ready manuscript. Choose the corner, and every page gets a clean, unobtrusive number.

Numbering is stamped in your browser: no upload, instant result, original file untouched.

Why this tool

Sensible defaults

A quiet gray number in a standard position — looks intentional, never shouts.

Every page, correct count

Numbers always match the physical page order, including previously merged files.

In-browser stamping

The document is modified locally; it never touches a server.

Frequently asked questions

Can I start numbering from a page other than 1?

Not yet — numbering starts at 1 on the first page. Splitting off a cover first and merging it back after is a workable pattern.

Will numbers overlap my content?

Numbers sit in the page margin area. On pages with unusually tight margins, check the corner variant — the center-bottom position is the safest.

What font is used?

A standard built-in PDF font (Helvetica), so the file gains almost no size and opens identically everywhere.

Is my document uploaded?

No. Page numbers are drawn by your own browser.
