Excel to PDF

XLS, XLSX, ODS — every sheet, clean pages.

Processed on our server over TLS — deleted right after conversion

Turn spreadsheets into clean, printable PDFs — price lists, reports, statements. XLS, XLSX, ODS and CSV are accepted.

A full spreadsheet engine on our server handles the pagination, so wide tables split into pages predictably. Files are deleted immediately after conversion.

How it works

1

Drop a spreadsheet (XLS, XLSX, ODS, CSV) above.

2

The server converts every sheet to pages.

3

Download the PDF.

Why this tool

Every sheet included

Multi-sheet workbooks convert in order — nothing silently dropped.

Print-like pagination

The engine paginates the way Excel’s own print preview does, so tables break in sensible places.

No storage

Processed over TLS, deleted right after — spreadsheets often contain finances, and we treat them that way.

Frequently asked questions

How are wide tables handled?

Columns that don’t fit a page width flow onto continuation pages, the same way desktop Excel prints them. For a specific layout, set the print area in the spreadsheet before converting.

Are formulas converted?

The PDF shows calculated values — exactly what you see in the spreadsheet, frozen on paper.

Does CSV work?

Yes: CSV opens as a single sheet with default formatting and converts to a plain table PDF.

What is the size limit?

50 MB per file. Very large workbooks convert too — they just take a little longer.
